Tom has been with Understanding Recruitment Group since 2012. Since then, a lot has changed after successfully setting up several recruitment teams internally, he wanted a new challenge.
Tom subsequently set up our technical consulting business, Understanding Solutions, which evolved our traditional recruitment offering to work with the most talented consultants in the market to deliver outcomes to our clients instead of just people.
When Tom is not running Understanding Solutions, he likes to visit his favourite countries, including Vietnam, Singapore, and Cuba. A keen sports fan too, he regularly watches cricket and Formula One and cheers on his favourite football team, Arsenal.
