Lucas joined Understanding Solutions in 2023 as a Client Engagement Manager.

His previous experience in team management has resulted in a real passion for supporting individuals and striving towards the best possible results for himself and those around him.

Away from work, Lucas loves football and manages a football team on Sunday mornings before settling down to watch football for the day.
