In his past life, Alfie was a football coach for 6 years and studied Performance Analysis at University before feeling the need for a new career path.
He joined Understanding Solutions in 2022 after being referred by a friend. With no prior experience in consulting, Alfie has enjoyed the training and support he's received since joining.
He adds value to clients by doing everything to the best of his ability to ensure the process is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Alfie's favourite thing about his job is talking to people every day and building close relationships, as well as working with the team.
A little-known fact about Alfie is that he loves fashion and designs his own clothes to wear in his spare time!
